Assembly, packing, expedition

The assembling processes of STEELTEC CZ are flexible and are adjusted to optimal production speed on semi-automatic and fully automatized assembly lines. Some processes include only manual pre-assembly. Large storage premisses enable us to react flexibly to our customers needs or order changes. For most of the assembly operations special single-purpose assembly lines have been developed which guarantee the large scale assembly of our products.

In terms of our cooperation with the charity organisation Slezská Diakonie, STEELTEC CZ today employs 50 partially disabled workers in the Ergon sheltered workshop. They work on simple assemblies, which would have been allocated long ago to the Far East for cost reasons. Thus, with the support of the state, we can preserve such jobs in the region, help disabled peoplle, and at the same time meet our legal obligation to employ such people. Packaging of finished goods is carefully performed with a spedial focus on the final check of the product in order to thoroughly meet the customer´s requirements.

The shipping department of STEELTEC CZ is conceived as a customer service with the highest standards of quality, speed and reliablility. STEELTEC CZ ensures the transprot of shipments to its customers by both its own and external transprotation.
