Painting shop

The fully automatic painting shop of STEELTEC CZ uses a powder coating system. The profile, length and weight of a product determine its possibilty throuth the line.

The painting machine can finish the surface of parts of up to 50 kg in weight. The regular thickness of the coating is 40-120 microns and can be done in any color shade. As a part of the preliminary treatment, aside form tumbling and sandblasting, the painted surface may also be treated with ferrous (cold) sulphate.
