Welding shop

The welding shop, with its up-to-date equipment, works with automatic and semi-automatic machines using the MIG/MAG welding method. With their ability to operate in linear and circular trajectories, the welding machines enable us to work with an operation speed of up to 4 pieces per minute.

Apart form semiautomatic welding machines we have also robotized workplace equipped with robot KUKA. There are welded broken and complex weldments, for example cylindrical spindles for hand lawnmowers. These weldments consist of 20 very accurate welds which can be managed with robot within less than 2 minutes. Robotized workplace is universal and according to applied welding jig we can weld another rugged products such a precise building frames for sanitary engineering. Weldments accuracy ranges between +/- 0,2 mm.
