Production
The serial production involves an integrated set of machines,
located in four manufacturing shops.
Material and service purchased
Purchase department provides continuous and planned material deliveries, semi-finished products, services and coopreations into production process with optimization ratio of requested quality for large-series produciton. In view of main production competence, this process is focused mostly on purchasing of metal materials such as :
- Cold and hot rolled metal sheet in coils, from construction steel, carbon and stainless steel, up to 5 mm thick,
- Metal sheet in coils, aluminium alloys and other non-ferrous metals, up to 6 mm thick,
- Precise thin-walled tubes and steel sections, welded, drawn up to 50 mm diameter,
- Plain, zinc-coated, and stainless fasteners,
- Customized parts, including plastic, rubber and wooden products according to customer request,
- Packaging material, carton boxes including print, labels, tags, EAN barcodes.
- Zinc, chromium, and copper plating.
Our purchase team is motivated to constant costs reducing on the occasion of the VISION project.
Grade and Quality Assurance
Department of grade control and production planning unifies production activities in a compact and logical unit, which can enable for each product to go through production cycle in effective sequence. There are used modern optimization methods with support of IT technologies. Team of employees form grade control supervises and with standard methods continuously improves all processes from the material input via takedown control to final product. In this area the company can be presented as a supplier classification class "A" at all present customers.
Still improving technological procedures enables company Steeltec CZ to produce complex technical components of high-level and meet all customers expectations.
