Company STEELTEC CZ has ISO 9001 certification

Department of grade control and product plan process PPA documentation as part of the authorization procedures for products at levels 1 – 4 as is required by the customer. The measuring center is equipped with 3D measuring devices and other measuring tools and calibres. In the new metallographic laboratory we can examine the hardness of the material and the surface and inner structure of the materials, the welding patterns.

A sophisticated system of quality monitoring starts with each operator. This guarantees the customer a 100% quality of a product or a part.

Ongoing training of employees within the continuous HOS project on the introduction of lean manufacturing guarantees the continuous improvement of all business processes.

STEELTEC CZ company implements a quality system ISO 9001 with the aim of obtaining the certification in 2016.

STEELTEC CZ company is involved in the educational project to promote waste sorting in companies within which our company gained certification “Corporate Social Responsibility”.
